Beef

USDA Prime

Highest grade of U.S. beef, sourced from young, well-fed cattle. Known for abundant marbling, it delivers exceptional tenderness, juiciness, and rich flavor, ideal for grilling and roasting.

USDA Choice

High-quality beef with less marbling than Prime. Cuts from the loin and rib are tender, juicy, and flavorful, perfect for grilling, broiling, or roasting. Leaner cuts are best suited for braising or slow cooking.

USDA Select

A leaner option with mild flavor and moderate tenderness. Best enhanced through marinating or braising, though it can also be used for grilling.
